Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. All children must be registered before attending sessions.
1.2. Payments must be made in advance, either per term or session, as agreed.
1.3. Fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Nipper Kicks.
1.4. Sessions are to be used in consecutive weeks. 
1.5 If a new block payment is due and we haven’t heard from you then the space will be given to a child on our waiting list.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

2.1. Please arrive on time to ensure your child gets the most out of the session.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Children must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
3.2. Nipper Kicks coaches are first aid trained and will act in the best interest of the child in case of injury.

4. Behaviour

4.1. Children are expected to behave respectfully and listen to coaches at all times.
4.2. Nipper Kicks reserves the right to ask a child to leave if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

5.1. A parent or responsible adult must remain on site during sessions unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation and Changes

6.1. Nipper Kicks may cancel sessions due to weather, coach illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a credit.
6.2. We reserve the right to change times, venues, or coaches when necessary.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify us in writing.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data collected will be stored securely and only used for club purposes.

9. Liability

9.1. Nipper Kicks accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions.

9.2. While every precaution is taken, participation is at your own risk.

10. Agreement

By registering with Nipper Kicks, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
